High-Fives and Happy Dances are Encouraged: When you pick up your CSA share, feel free to give a high-five to our amazing volunteers! And if you're particularly excited about a certain veggie or fruit, go ahead and do a little happy dance (we won't judge!).
-
Share the Love: If you discover a particularly amazing recipe or cooking tip using your CSA share, share it with the rest of the community! Post it in our Instagram @dabox_foodbasket, or share it in person when you pick up your share. Sharing is caring!
-
Embrace Imperfection: Our produce may not always look perfect, but it sure tastes great! Let's embrace the uniqueness of each vegetable and fruit, and appreciate the fact that it was grown with care by our local farmers.
-
Support Local: By participating in the CSA program, you're already doing a great job supporting local farmers and our community. Let's keep up the good work and continue to spread the word about the benefits of eating local, fresh and healthy produce.
-
Be respectful to volunteers and staff: Treat volunteers and staff with respect and courtesy. They work hard to provide fresh produce for you, so it's important to show your appreciation and be kind to them.
-
Be punctual: Pick up your CSA share on time, and if you are unable to make it, notify the CSA program in advance.
-
Use produce responsibly: Use the produce within a reasonable amount of time and store it properly. Also, if there are any issues with the produce, kindly inform the CSA program.
-
Communicate courteously: If you have any questions or concerns, communicate with the CSA program respectfully and politely. They will be happy to help you and address any issues or concerns you may have.
-
Be courteous to other members: Respect other members of the CSA program and be courteous to them. Avoid cutting in line, taking more than your fair share of additional donated produce that may be offered, or being rude or disrespectful to other members. Remember, we are all part of the same community, and it's important to be kind and considerate to each other.
-
Keep the vibes positive: We're all about good vibes here at the CSA program! So, let's keep things positive, friendly, and respectful.
-
Share the love, not the drama: We're here to share delicious, healthy produce and support our local farmers, not to create drama or negativity.
-
Follow the rules and guidelines: Our CSA program has rules and guidelines in place to ensure that everyone gets their share of produce and that the program runs smoothly. If anyone consistently disregards these rules or guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse services.
-
Respect others: We're all part of the same community, and it's important to be kind, respectful, and considerate to each other. If anyone's behavior consistently disrespects others, we reserve the right to refuse services.
-
Let's have fun, but not at the expense of others: We want everyone to have a fun and enjoyable experience at our CSA program. But, not at the expense of others' enjoyment. If anyone's behavior consistently ruins the fun for others, we reserve the right to refuse services.
Remember, we're all in this together and want to have a fun and positive experience at our CSA program.Let's work together to make it a great one! But, if anyone's behavior is consistently disruptive or negatively impacts the CSA program, we reserve the right to refuse services.
