Instructions


  1. Soak raw cashews in water for at least 1 hour, preferably 3 hours.  Draina nd rinse.

  2. Add all ingredients into your high speed blender and blend for 30 to 60 seconds or until a smooth and creamy

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or sub 1 garlic clove)

  • pepper (optional to taste)
