Heart of Palm and Strawberry Salad


Divide lettuce between two bowls. Top with strawberries, hearts of palm, cucumber and avocado. Drizzle with the strawberry lemon poppy seed dressing.

  • 3 cups baby lettuce

  • 8 ounces fresh strawberries, stems removed and sliced

  • 14 ounce can or jar of heart of palm or fresh hearts of palm

  • 1 small cucumber, cleaned and cubed

  • 1 avocado, peel removed, cubed

  • 1/2 cup strawberry lemon poppy seed dressing
