Hearts of Palm Crab-Style Salad

Instructions

  1. Into a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients.

  2. Stir gently to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour then serve cold.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound hearts of palm, drained and chopped

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup black olives, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons red onion

  • 2 tablespoons Italian flat-leaf parsley

  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning Old Bay

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
