Scrumptious Watermelon Radish Greens
The greens of the watermelon radish are just as delicious as the radish itself.
These delicious, unassuming greens have become some of the favorite greens among the produce team.
Simply chop them up, ad extra virgin coconut oil to a pan and heat, add the greens, add Hawaiian salt and pepper to taste and saute for a few minutes.
