3 avocados, sliced in half and seed removed
1 lemon, juice of
⅓ cucumber, diced
1 bell pepper (any color), cored and diced
1 jalapeno, seeds removed and diced
¼ red onion or 1 small shallot, diced
1 garlic clove, minced or ⅛ – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
small handful grape tomatoes, diced (optional)
2 – 4 tablespoons hummus, vegan mayo or garlic aioli
mineral salt & cracked pepper, to taste
