Vegan Cheese Spread

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews in water for 3 hours or over night.

  2. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until fully incorporated and smooth. Enjoy!

  • 1 cup raw unsalted cashew, soaked in water for 3 hours

  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
